The Website, as well as the astrology readings, coaching, mentoring, and related services provided, are not a substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, or other licensed professional advice.
Always seek the advice of a physician, psychologist, or other licensed professional regarding questions related to your health or mental well-being. Do not disregard or delay professional guidance because of information you have read on the Website or received through its services.

TERMS OF USE

By using the Website, you agree to the following:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a reading.
  • Purpose: Astrology readings and written content are intended as tools for guidance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
  • Responsibility: No guarantees of specific outcomes are provided. Each individual remains responsible for their own choices and actions.
  • Limitations: Services do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal support.
    SESSIONS & BOOKINGS
  • Format: Readings are conducted online (e.g., via Google Meet) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Scheduling: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the session link, within 24 hours.
  • Cancellations: Changes can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled reading. If a cancellation is made within 5 days of booking and before the reading takes place, you may reschedule at no extra cost within a three-month period. In cases of late cancellation or no-show without valid reason, rescheduling is not possible.
  • Confidentiality: Information shared during a reading is treated with respect and discretion. However, it is not bound by legal confidentiality frameworks such as psychotherapy.
PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY
  • All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking.
  • No refunds are issued after a reading has been completed.
  • If a cancellation is made within 5 days of booking and before the reading takes place, refund is not applicable, re-scheduling is.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, methods, visuals, strategies, and materials provided on the Website or during readings are the intellectual property of Christina Stoltidou – Astrology Alignment™.
Reproduction, distribution, or teaching based on this material is prohibited without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using the Website or booking a reading, you acknowledge that:

  • Readings are a form of spiritual guidance and self-exploration.
  • Christina Stoltidou is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or lawyer.
  • You carry full responsibility for your decisions and life outcomes.
    Neither the Website nor Christina Stoltidou shall be held liable for direct or indirect consequences, including data loss, financial loss, emotional distress, or health-related issues.
GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Greek law and the law of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
